BUSINESS BLUEPRINTS FOR FOUNDER-LED BUSINESSES

Too many ideas.

No clear implementation plan.

Your business may not need another idea. It may need a clearer way to connect the ideas, offers, workflows and responsibilities that already exist.

Connected Brand helps founder-led small businesses organise the moving parts, create a practical business blueprint and begin putting it into action.

A structured, once-off project—not an open-ended monthly retainer.

Connected Brand symbol featuring a complete C around a fragmented, misaligned B, with the words Align, Structure and Connect.

Recognise the feeling

Does your business feel harder to organise than it should?

The business is operating. The ideas are there. Opportunities keep appearing.

But too much still depends on you remembering everything, making every decision and holding all the moving parts together.

You may not need to rebuild everything. You may need to reconnect the right parts in the right order.

You may recognise this:

  • Too many ideas are competing for your attention.
  • Important processes live in your head instead of in a usable workflow.
  • Your offers, brand and customer experience do not feel fully connected.
  • You are using several tools, but they are not creating real organisation.
  • You are busy every day, but unsure whether the right priorities are moving forward.
  • Projects are started but are difficult to move through to completion.
  • The business has developed reactively rather than intentionally.
  • You know something needs to change, but cannot see where to begin.

The Connected Brand approach

More than a brand. More than a plan.

Connected Brand does not look at your logo, website, workflow, customer journey or founder role as unrelated.

A business can have an attractive brand and still feel disorganised. It can have useful systems that no one follows. It can have strong offers that customers find difficult to understand. It can have a committed founder who is carrying too much of the business alone.

Connected Brand looks at the business as a connected whole. We begin by understanding the founder, examine how the different parts currently work together and create a practical route from uncertainty to implementation.

01

Align the founder

Clarify what you are trying to build, why it matters and what your role should be as the business moves forward.

02

Structure the business

Organise the priorities, offers, customer journey, responsibilities, workflows and systems needed to support the vision.

03

Connect the brand

Ensure that the way the business presents itself, communicates and serves customers reflects what the business is becoming.

The flagship service

The Connected Business Blueprint

A six-week, once-off business-alignment and implementation project for founder-led small businesses with too many ideas, unclear workflows and no practical implementation plan.

We identify what is disconnected, clarify what needs to happen first and create an organised business blueprint for moving forward. Then we help you begin implementing one important part of it.

What the project brings together

  • Founder and business discovery
  • Current-state business review
  • Positioning and offer alignment
  • Customer-journey review
  • Priority workflow mapping
  • A complete Connected Business Blueprint
  • A 90-day implementation roadmap
  • A working implementation tracker
  • One focused implementation sprint
  • Final handover and next-step guidance

The promise

We bring the ideas, priorities, workflows and responsibilities into one organised view.

You can understand what needs to happen, in what order and who is responsible for moving it forward. You will not receive a generic strategy document and be left to figure out the implementation alone.

What you will walk away with

Clarity that can be used, tracked and implemented.

The blueprint is built around the needs of your business. It is not filled with generic pages merely to make it look substantial.

Business map

A structured overview of how the main parts of your business currently relate to one another.

Alignment review

A clear record of the important gaps, bottlenecks, inconsistencies and unresolved decisions.

Priority matrix

A practical view of what to act on now, plan next, revisit later or stop.

Workflow maps

Up to three selected recurring business activities mapped into clear, usable steps.

90-day roadmap

An organised implementation sequence showing priorities, responsibilities, dependencies and target dates.

Implementation tracker

A working tool for recording actions, owners, dates, progress and decisions.

The outcome

Clarity is only useful when it changes what happens next.

The goal is not to make your business look more organised.

It is to help it become more organised, more intentional and easier to move forward.

  • What are we actually building?
  • Who are we building it for?
  • What is currently disconnected?
  • Which offers and priorities matter most?
  • What should we stop, simplify or postpone?
  • What needs to happen first?
  • Who is responsible for each action?
  • What are we implementing during the next 90 days?

Is it the right fit?

Designed for a founder who is ready to participate in the process.

It may be suitable when…

  • You are the founder or main decision-maker.
  • The business is already operating.
  • You have more ideas than implementation capacity.
  • Important processes and information still live in your head.
  • You are preparing to grow, reposition, delegate or build a team.
  • You want practical structure rather than theory alone.
  • You are willing to participate, make decisions and implement change.

It may not be suitable when…

  • You want only a quick logo or social-media refresh.
  • You want someone else to make every business decision.
  • You expect guaranteed income, growth or sales.
  • You need formal legal, tax, accounting or human-resources advice.
  • You want unlimited implementation or general administrative assistance.
  • You are not ready to supply information or commit to the process.

The person behind Connected Brand

I see the connections—and help turn them into a workable plan.

I am Erika de Witt, the founder of Connected Brand.

My experience spans sales, marketing, business development, research, stakeholder engagement, project coordination, content development and the organisation of complex information.

Across different roles and industries, I have repeatedly found myself doing the same kind of work: listening carefully, identifying the wider pattern, connecting information that appears separate and turning it into something practical.

Founder-led businesses are deeply influenced by the founder’s vision, strengths, decision-making style and capacity. That is why Connected Brand begins by understanding the founder before recommending what the business should become.

My role is not to arrive with a generic formula or take ownership of your business away from you. It is to help you step back for a moment, see the bigger picture more clearly, organise the moving parts and create a practical route from ideas to implementation.
